The theme for this year is Reclaiming The Sacred

What do we mean by this? The sacred is not some place or some thing . It’s all around us. It’s everywhere and in everything. It’s the very essence of life. It’s that sense of awe, reverence, wonder and connection with the Earth that you carried within you as a child and it still lives within you today. It’s that place of deep knowing and living as if everything is connected, because it is, and we are nature too.

We are so thrilled to be hosting our 4th Annual Shenandoah Valley Herbal Gathering this year. Herbal classes & intensives for all skill levels, live music, kids camp, botanical vendors, student discounts, on site camping and locally catered food…fun for the whole family! Our event is located in Shepherdstown, WV.

**Please note : There will be no onsite ticket sales this year !!! This event is RAIN or SHINE. WE have big covered tents and pavilions. We just received notice that our keynote Steven Martyn cannot attend the gathering. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are thrilled and grateful to have Wise Woman Leenie Hobbie as our keynote !!!

We will have Friday class offerings- 3 hour intensives only that day ! Pre-registration required by June 5th – pay for the specific class you want to take. *No meals are provided Friday night. Feel free to participate in potluck, or enjoy one of the many Shepherdstown restaurants just 10 minutes away.

Check in and marketplace open at 9 am Saturday. Opening circle is Saturday morning at 10 am and the event runs through to Sunday at 3:30 pm. Our regularly scheduled classes are 90 minutes long*

Kids under 16 come for FREE ! Camping on the land is free.

You are welcome to bring your own food, or pre-purchase a meal plan. Vegetarian or vegan options available. Deadline to purchase a meal plan is June 1st!!! Please bring your own re-usable and washable cup, plate, bowl and utensils. We will have a dish wash station set up.

Although we love them, no dogs please. This is a drug and alcohol free event.

Yes, we have porta potties… and one outdoor shower.
