The theme for this year is Reclaiming The Sacred
What do we mean by this? The sacred is not some place or some thing . It’s all around us. It’s everywhere and in everything. It’s the very essence of life. It’s that sense of awe, reverence, wonder and connection with the Earth that you carried within you as a child and it still lives within you today. It’s that place of deep knowing and living as if everything is connected, because it is, and we are nature too.

“I can truly say Reclaiming the Sacred is my life’s work. This reclamation has to start with fully realizing how hollowed out our existence has become, and subsequently how lost we are. Everything in our lives, from fire and shelter, to our healing and nourishing relations with the plants and animals, to our ancient arts like weaving and pottery, which were foundational touchstones, that lay at the heart of the sacred way, have been taken away from us, or given up to the tyranny of convenience. So the next step in reclamation must be to honor these divine marriages from which these living arts were birthed. And then. to start inhabiting this sacred life we were given”~ Steven Martyn
